MicroLED, explained.

A MicroLED video wall uses modular, self-emissive panels to form one continuous image without bezels between cabinets. Opal Screens offers standard formats from 110 to 270 inches, custom aspect ratios and 4K configurations. Pixel-pitch options reach 0.6mm for close-viewing spaces.

BlackFire is the display technology available on Boulder, Onyx, Crystal and Doublet. Its dark, low-glare surface supports deep blacks and strong contrast in a continuous, bezel-free image.

SilkStream is the high-refresh architecture on Boulder and Crystal. Both feature 384Hz panel refresh and 15,360Hz per-pixel refresh through a 1/40 scan architecture. Boulder accepts 4K120 input through HDMI 2.1; Crystal accepts 4K60 or 1080p120.

Choose pixel pitch around seating distance, screen dimensions and native resolution. Onyx offers 0.7mm and 0.6mm; Boulder offers 0.9mm; Crystal offers 0.9mm and 1.2mm; Doublet offers 0.9mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm. An authorized dealer can help you evaluate the image from your intended seats.

A MicroLED wall produces light at the display surface; a projector throws light onto a separate screen. MicroLED supports bright, large-format viewing without a projection beam or ceiling-mounted projector. Projection offers different screen, room and acoustic design options.
